Admitted Attorney - Any State Bar licence Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney ( active bar license of any State ) to join our legal team in Jamaica Ave, New York. This is an onsite role that requires a strong commitment to client representation and legal excellence. Responsibilities: Represent clients in various legal matters, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal counsel. Attend court appearances as required, representing clients effectively and professionally. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases. Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing clear, concise legal advice. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate and organized client files and case documentation. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM degree from an accredited law school. Active and in good standing Bar license in any state will work. Work authorization in the United States is mandatory. Prior experience in immigration law is a plus. Experience in other areas of law practice is also preferred. Bilingual proficiency in any language, but not a must. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
