Job Overview:
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment. We are looking for individuals that have several years of experience, who are passionate about customer service and sales to assist shoppers in finding products that meet their needs. Someone with the eagerness to grow with us.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the store's success
- Receiving inventory
- Stocking shelves
Skills:
- SOCIAL MEDIA - Filming content and posting daily.
- GIFT WRAPPING - We offer free gift wrapping. We need someone with that special touch!
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively
- Comfortable with technology sales and explaining product features
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in cash handling ensuring accuracy and security

Schedule requirements:
Monday - Sunday
Must be available for early morning and later evening shifts as needed
