Social Media Manager | Myranda Fine Jewelry\n

Full-Time | In-Person | Luxury Jewelry

Myranda Fine Jewelry is looking for a creative, highly organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to take ownership of our growing digital presence.

\n

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post content, they understand how to build a brand, tell a story, create beautiful content, grow an engaged community, and turn social media attention into real business opportunities.

\n

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves luxury, fashion, jewelry, social media, content creation, and staying ahead of what’s happening online.

\n

What You’ll Own\n

You will oversee the day-to-day social media presence for Myranda Fine Jewelry as well as our founder’s personal brand , including content strategy, photography, video, editing, copywriting, posting, community management, analytics, and content planning.

\n

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
\n
• Create high-quality photo and video content featuring fine jewelry, new inventory, custom designs, lifestyle moments, events, educational topics, and behind-the-scenes content
\n
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, product content, and short-form video
\n
• Create engaging hooks, captions, on-screen copy, and storytelling that reflect the Myranda Fine Jewelry brand
\n
• Manage and maintain an organized weekly social media calendar
\n
• Batch content in advance to maintain a consistent pipeline of approved, ready-to-post content
\n
• Manage daily posting across all applicable platforms
\n
• Repurpose strong content strategically across TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
\n
• Manage comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and other community interactions
\n
• Identify and immediately flag client inquiries, sales opportunities, important comments, or issues requiring team attention
\n
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, publications, creators, and community accounts through thoughtful social engagement
\n
• Create and manage content for Myranda’s personal social media presence, including lifestyle content that can be produced without requiring her to be present for every shoot
\n
• Provide creative direction for content shoots and campaigns
\n
• Collaborate closely with the owner, sales team, e-commerce team, and customer support team
\n
• Monitor trends, trending sounds, platform changes, algorithms, and emerging content opportunities
\n
• Track and report KPIs including reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth, and overall content performance
\n
• Use analytics to identify what is working, what needs improvement, and what content we should create more of
\n
• Support email marketing, SMS, SEO, PR, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed
\n
• Attend store, charity, community, and brand events to capture timely photo and video content
\n
• Organize and maintain all social media photo and video assets in Dropbox
\n

Daily Posting Rhythm\n

Consistency is a major part of this position. Our standard daily content schedule includes:

9:00 AM — 5 Stories

\n

12:00 PM — Grid Post

\n

3:00 PM — 5 Stories

\n

6:00 PM — 5 Stories

\n

\n

The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for strategically cross-posting and repurposing content across applicable platforms.

This position will also help strengthen Myranda Fine Jewelry’s presence within our local community through relevant, engaging content in local Facebook groups, including:

• Ahwatukee 411 — 3 posts per week
\n
• Ocotillo Friends — 1 post daily
\n
• Go Gilbert — 2 posts per week
\n

\n

Content should feel engaging and community-focused rather than repetitive or overly promotional.

\n

Weekly Planning & Approval Process\n

What We’re Looking For\n

\n
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
\n
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
\n
• Strong photography and short-form video skills
\n
• Excellent video editing and visual storytelling abilities
\n
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
\n
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
\n
• Ability to adapt copy and content to an established luxury brand voice
\n
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
\n
• Experience developing creative briefs and taking content from concept through final execution
\n
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
\n
• Experience with Microsoft 365
\n
• Experience with Asana or another project-management platform
\n
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
\n

Content Presentation Standards\n

Because this is a hands-on luxury jewelry content position, attention to visual details is essential.

\n

The Social Media Manager should arrive camera-ready and wear polished clothing that works well when modeling or handling jewelry for content. Wardrobe variety and seasonal/holiday styling should be considered when appropriate.

\n

Jewelry, displays, fabrics, and backgrounds should always be cleaned, lint-free, steamed when necessary, and camera-ready before filming or photography.
