Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a commercial High- Rise Window Cleaner to join our team at Too Clean Building Services INC est. 2008You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.$1000 Bonus after 3 months of working full timeExperienced window washerusing various methods, including water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and rope access (depending on experience and certification).Responsibilities:Clean windows, frames, and sills at commercial sitesOperate cleaning equipment (squeegees, poles, lifts, etc.) safely and efficientlyFollow safety protocols and use fall protection equipment when requiredCommunicate professionally with clients and team membersMaintain tools and equipmentWork independently and as part of a team in varying weather conditionsRequirements:Valid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable working at heightsPhysically fit and able to lift 50+ lbsWillingness to work early mornings and occasional weekendsStrong attention to detail and work ethicPrior window cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidateNice to Have:OSHA certification or rope access training (SPRAT/IRATA)Lift certification (Boom/Scissor Lift)Experience in high-rise or pressure washingWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experiencePaid trainingGrowth opportunities within the companySupportive team environmentSafety-focused work cultureExpected hours: 35 – 45 per weekBenefits:Paid time offCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesOvertime paySchedule:8 hour shiftOvertime Too Clean Building Services Defunct
